Dr. Lauren Gass specializes in helping athletes and active adults recover from injury, return to sport, and perform at a higher level. Her approach combines detailed movement and strength assessment, hands-on treatment, progressive exercise, and sport-specific rehabilitation so patients can do more than simply become pain-free—they can confidently return to the activities that matter to them.

Lauren completed a sports physical therapy residency with UT Southwestern in Dallas, where she gained experience working across a variety of sports and performance settings, including interactions with the NHL’s Dallas Stars and high-level high school athletics. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from East Carolina University and previously completed a degree in Athletic Training while competing as a Division III long-distance swimmer.

Her background as a physical therapist, athletic trainer, strength and conditioning specialist, and lifelong athlete gives her a unique perspective on the entire process from injury through return to performance.
