She is a Certified Nurturing the MotherⓇ pregnancy massage therapist. She offers deep tissue, cupping, sports, TMJ, prenatal, postpartum, and infant massage. Her athletic background includes soccer, long distance running, Crossfit, and kickboxing.

Dr. Lauren Gass is a Charlotte, North Carolina native. She completed a sports physical therapy residency with UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX where she had interactions with various sports, including the NHL Dallas Stars and a 6A high school varsity football team. Lauren graduated from East Carolina University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training at Emory & Henry College, where she competed as a DIII long-distance swimmer. In addition to her formal training, Lauren also achieved a strength and conditioning specialist certification.

You will often find Lauren exploring new places to run, bike, or swim outside of work. In addition, she loves to travel with her husband and son, whether to the beach to relax or the mountains to ski.

Susan, a native of Memphis, Tennessee, has been driven to pursue a career in healthcare from a young age. Prior to graduating from Memphis College of Art in 2019, she gained a strong foundation in human anatomy through her studies of ceramics for prosthetics and completion of multiple anatomy and physiology courses.

Susan’s professional journey began as a caretaker, and she later relocated to North Carolina to further her education. She successfully completed her studies at NC Massage School.
